Ingredients:

50ml TIVOLI'S GIN

20ml HONEY SYRUP

20ml FRESH LEMON JUICE

Method:

Shake TIVOLI'S GIN & honey syrup well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Can be served with a lemon twist.

SPARKLING WATER

Method:

Combine TIVOLI'S GIN, lime & rind

in a highball glass. Add ice, stir and top off with sparkling water.

5ml SIMPLE SYRUP

15ml FRESH LEMON JUICE 

DRY CHAMPAGNE

Method:

Shake TIVOLI'S GIN, syrup & lemon juice well and strain into a champagne glass. Top up with champagne and stir gently.

 Ingredients:

60ml TIVOLI'S GIN

7 FRESH MINT LEAVES

15ml SIMPLE SYRUP

15ml LIME JUICE

Shake TIVOLI'S GIN, syrup, lime juice  & mint leaves well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

 Ingredients:

50ml TIVOLI'S GIN

50ml SWEET VERMOUTH

15ml FERNET-BRANCA

ORANGE TWIST

Method:

Shake TIVOLI'S GIN, Sweet Vermouth

& Fernet-Branca well and strain into a chilled

coupe glass. Chill with ice and add a garnish

of orange twist.

 Ingredients:

50ml TIVOLI'S GIN

50ml DUBONNET

LEMON ZEST

Shake TIVOLI'S GIN & Dubonnet well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Chill with ice and add a garnish of lemon twist.

 Ingredients:

60ml TIVOLI'S GIN

15ml FRESH LEMON JUICE

15ml GRENADINE

1 MARASCHINO CHERRY

Method:

Shake TIVOLI'S GIN, fresh lemon juice, Grenadine & ice and strain into a chilled goblet glass.  Add a garnish of maraschino cherry.

 Ingredients:

60ml TIVOLI'S GIN

30ml POMEGRANATE JUICE

30ml DRY VERMOUTH

15ml ORANGE CURAÇAO

1tsp POMEGRANATE MOLASSES

ORANGE BITTERS, POMEGRANATE SEEDS

Method:

Shake TIVOLI'S GIN & all ingredients in mixing glass, add ice and stir until molasses thoroughly mixed.

Strain into highball glass full of cubed ice, add a garnish of orange bitters & pomegranate seeds.

 Ingredients:

45ml TIVOLI'S GIN

20ml FRESH LEMON JUICE

15ml GRENADINE

1tsp DRY VERMOUTH

1 EGG WHITE

1 RASPBERRY

Method:

Shake TIVOLI'S GIN & all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice and shake well for 30seconds.
Strain into a chilled champagne coupe glass, add a garnish of raspberry.
