Shake TIVOLI'S GIN, fresh lemon juice, Grenadine & ice and strain into a chilled goblet glass. Add a garnish of maraschino cherry.

Method:
Shake TIVOLI'S GIN & all ingredients in mixing glass, add ice and stir until molasses thoroughly mixed.
Strain into highball glass full of cubed ice, add a garnish of orange bitters & pomegranate seeds.

1tsp DRY VERMOUTH

Method:
Shake TIVOLI'S GIN & all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice and shake well for 30seconds.
Strain into a chilled champagne coupe glass, add a garnish of raspberry.
